The upcoming elections are being held on 15 March. This time for the provincial councils and water authorities.
All but three polling stations in Maastricht are accessible to everyone. Also if you use a rollator, wheelchair or mobility scooter. Each polling station has a booth where you can vote while seated.

You can use a soundbox with a voting stencil at the Centre Ceramique polling station. The candidates are read to you through headphones. The voting stencil allows you to find the name on the ballot.
This polling station also has tactile paving that can be identified with a white cane to help you find your way inside.

If you don’t want to or can’t go to a polling station yourself, you can authorise someone to vote on your behalf. This is called voting by proxy.
Need help at the polling station? Ask our polling station staff. They will be happy to help you!
